The Role:
We are looking for someone to join our fun, energetic and focused team who are all committed to developing and growing the Connock London brand.
If you have a proven track record of delivering tangible returns meeting key objectives and know that you will be able to do the same for us, we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Directors and will help oversee the company’s online presence, marketing and brand awareness.

What we are looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience in a role that uses a variety of marketing channels in Digital, PR & Events, preferably in the DTC sector.
  • An excellent leader of people, with strong management skills at team & stakeholder level.
  • A creative mindset and being able to spot trends to create disruptive ideas, activities and PR campaigns that get demonstrable cut through.
  • Flair for creative copywriting that converts consumers.
  • Proven record of planning and co-ordinating events, photo shoots, product launches and BAU communications.
  • Demonstrative experience of managing a marketing budget & strategic decision making in line with set budgets.
  • Ability to assess data, identify trends and gather insights.
Key Skills Preferred:
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
  • Confident at utilising Analytics & reporting software to drive strategy.
  • Knowledge of Organic Social Media Strategy would be advantageous.
  • A good understanding of design software or how to deliver clear briefs into external agencies.
  • Experience with Shopify or similar CMS or E-commerce system.
  • Ability to use CRM software such as Klaviyo or similar.
  • Experience in developing a customer retention strategy or loyalty programme would also be advantageous.

Personal skills required:
  • Know your own strengths and weaknesses – can lean on external agencies/stakeholders where needed to deliver a 360-marketing strategy.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, but also ‘roll up your sleeves’ when needed.
  • An unhealthy obsession with attention to detail and quality control.
  • A friendly, positive yet determined and tenacious personality.
  • Above & beyond attitude, always wanting to go the extra mile to achieve.
It will help enormously if you have a passion for the health & beauty industry, experience in a product marketing or channel that targets the same demographic and a strong network of media contacts.
The role is full time and permanent and we can be flexible about providing a mutually beneficial working solution – there is an expectation of at least 40% of time being spent in our offices in Hampshire.
