Can you believe it's 2020?
It's crazy how time flies by when we are always planning for tomorrow; tomorrow’s to-do list, our next trip, our next bank holiday (not for a while sadly). When you’re caught up in planning for tomorrow, it's easy to neglect yourself and your skin. So here at Connock London we want to make 2020 the year of a Better You.
Self-love is massive for 2020 and on everyones agenda for feeling more blessed and less stressed.
Here are our top tips on how to give a little self love this year...
1. Light a candle and have a bath
